Good outdoors, best at home!
It is extremely rare that we go out on dates, we both love to date at home, of course it is nice to go out, but home is best, cheaper and easier when you have small kids.
For our date nights, we may arrange it together, other times it is one of us who surprises the other, sometimes we are just so tired, that it has to be simple, but a good advice is to put all mobile phones away, look and listen to each other!
We just love to buy a good steak, some cozy lights, good music, a board game, a talk over a good dinner and dessert.
Date Night ideas
- Make delicious desserts or
- Delicious food together, remember candlelights
- Cheese biscuit table or a tapas table.
- Games: Cards, Chinese chess, Ludo, Settlers, backgammon and so on.
- Movie Night with popcorn
- Slow dance, with cozy music
- Foot bath and foot massage, sit across from each other on the sofa, give each other a leg each, and both get a massage on one foot at the same time 🙂
- Read aloud from the book The 5 Love Languages.
- Do a crossword puzzle together.
- Work out together.
- Write or say 3 sweet things to each other.
